Doesn't work for references to fo:page-sequence elements,
which are used for your chapters.

Furthermore:
[WARN]: property - "background-attachment" is not implemented yet.
[WARN]: property - "background-repeat" is not implemented yet.
[WARN]: property - "background-position-horizontal" is not implemented yet.
[WARN]: property - "background-position-vertical" is not implemented yet.

There are also various keep-together properties used which
wont work, but it doesn't matter for your test file. You
may see some distortions with real data.
So, I'll be glad for any advise how to fix it ( mainly how to fix references
from table of contects and bookmarks ).
All your last-line-end-indents are "-0pt", so this is no
problem in your case. If it starts to matter, the only
workaround i can think off the top of my head is to place
an inline spacer graphic ath the end of the affected blocks.

The problem with the page number citations can be fixed by
placing an empty fo:block with the id at the beginning
of the page sequence instead of putting the id at the
fo:page-sequence element. You'll have to search the style
sheet and fix it there. I belive there are circumstances
where the empty block interferes with the formatting of
other objects, so you might consider something else.

For the keep-together stuff, you are completely out of luck.
