fo:table-header doesn't have "height" property.
According to the spec you can use "height" on fo:block-container,
fo:external-graphic, fo:instream-foreign-object, fo:inline,
fo:inline-container, fo:table, fo:table-caption, fo:table-row and fo:table-cell.
Specifying height of fo:table-row within a fo:table-header (well, if you have
the only row in it) seems like a reasonable solution for you.

Specify height of fo:table-header

2002-12-12 Thread Dennis Myrén

Hi.

I have a simple table with a
heading.

I want to set the height of
this table heading to a specific height.

It seems to ignore the
'height' attribute placed on the fo:table-header
element.

Instead, it automatically
sets the height of the heading depending on the number of rows and the font,

and the amount of the text.

Is there anyway to manually
hard code a height value in the FO document, which wil be the height of this
table heading?

Regards

Dennis
