You can try swap page-height and page-width, for example 297mm wide x 210mm

I am trying to print a name and address on an envelope using a 
landscape orientation  does not seem 
to work. haven't tried it in 20.4 yet
 
is there a workaround for this in 20.3?  thank 
you
