 "A data recovery tool" that's not very useful; you could say "Copy
 utility ignoring errors" or whatever the thing actually does.

 "Is a data recovery tool which tries" => you need to repeat the program
 name here; "Safecopy is a ...".

 "where other tools like dd would fail doe to I/O errors" => typo "due";
 and are you aware of dd's noerror conv mode?
