Try this: Establish an SSH connection with Bitvise SSH Client https://www.bitvise.com/ssh-client-download
Go to the tab "Services". Check "FTP-to-SFTP Bridge" enabled. Listen interface = 127.0.0.1 Listen port = 21 (not sure if you need this) Now go to your connection within PSPad.
