Ascii code chars 0 to 31 are used as "control" chars only, they have no real visual glyph counterpart, only an description, describing what they are doing. Since the "ASCII Table Window" can insert the chars by double clicking, it may make no sense to include 0 to 31 too as they insert nothing b

I switched back and forth bitween differents combinaisons of PSPad IDE style and Color Scheme and i think there times where Color Theme is not really taking place . Point is i wasn't able to reproduce the fix :| But i put changes on the side and with comparison isaw that this modifications in PSP
