FTP list very slow [61080]

Hello all, when i try to connect to a IBM ZoS system it's take too long (more than 5 minutes) to list a library with almost 40.000 files. If i use another software or directly trought command line it take less than 10 seconds. PsPad required a specif configuration? Another question is, how i
