build 2743 - yet another crash [67820]

It opened dozens of separate windows with the same error report; had to kill it
from the command line.  I was *really* hoping things had been fixed in b2743; I
had quit using pspad for some time because of the regular crashes.

All I was able to get from the error report was this:

Hello,

In a javascript file, I have to replace all single $ character by $$.

I succeed to do that, except for some configurations like
if($('descendimg1'))
where the $ has not been replaced by $$

So now I want to replace these single left $, but not replace $ in $$. I tried
this regex
(?https://regex101.com/

but not effective in my Pspad version 4.6.1 (2730) because I get an error
message "wrong regular expression.

Not that I now of. I make backup files each 1-2 weeks to a flash/thumb drive.

I know what you mean. I've made similar mistakes and learned to make backups.
