Many times I added text to the begin/end of lines and also I added numbers. To do so I needed to open two times "Insert Text into Lines..." mask (viz https://imgur.com/drwtDKP ) IMHO, if you add the button "Apply" you don't need to press the "OK" button and then open again the mask to complete
