Bung, itulah hebatnya bangsaku. Kalau jual mahal dengan kualitas bagus sih biasa, gak ada inovasi dan terobosan. Tapi di Indonsia kita sering terkaget-kaget ketika dalam perjalanan makan di satu rumah makan (bukan resto), eh tiba giliran bayar diluar ekspektasi awal. Kata teman-teman sih, itu makai strategi main sekali cekek. Toh belum tentu besok-besok akan singgah lagi. Nah, mungkin (? Hahahaha.. Di amerika mungkin tidak ada "jatah preman" seperti yang banyak dijumpai di negara ini. Preman yang bisa berbaju mulai dari pejabat sampai ahli agama, and etc. So it wasn't about the quality of indonesian coffee, it's a about spend much more money for paying the "premans". See, so if you wanna taste the real qualified coffee, seek not to hotels, but to toraja or medan in a small "warung kopi"... Indonesian hotels or cafe are the wrong place to taste the real coffee...
