Hello Are you sure you are looking into correct PSPad.ini? In the program settings / Backup is clickable link to PSPad folder with ini files. With your settings the file name should look as on your first pic and current file name should be underlined --

Marking hash character with a double-click [74065]

In AutoIt code, a preprocessor directive is introduced with a hash sign, for example, [color=#ff00ff]#include[/color]. Unfortunately, a double-click does not select the hash sign. We had a similar case here (viz https://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,72964,page=2#msg-73165 ) with the dollar sign.

An additional thing: If you set MarkCurrentFileTab=1, the name in the tab will be underlined in the skins "Windows" and "Carbon", but not in the skin "SlateGray". Tested in a _not_ fresh installation. -- PSPad freeware editor
