The initial request was for suspend / restore, cause people let application run when they suspend laptop. Typical example: I work in office, then close laptop (it suspends) and open it at home. It causes in the past some problems and unsaved files was lost. This feature prevents it - it saves unsaved files locally into %Temp%\PSPad\Resume folder.
