Hmm this bug isn't a big thing, but it becomes very annoying when you change the window arrangement to something like tile vertical or tile horizontal and back. Since PSPad seems to keeps the editor position in the background and at switching tabs the borders briefly popping up: http://imgur.com/a/uSNgx
