Help me I am again stuck with a problem.
I just wanted to build a Customized CD but after uninstalling many
other application and just installing vlc my iso is 976MB what can be
done to reduce the size.

- Did you delete the temp files? /var/log? , /var/cache/apt ?
- Did you compressed the FS of your ISO?
- If you are making a live cd from a harddisk/file system IMAGE, after
you are done fill the 'free space of your FS
I have been using this since its alpha release... Have been facing lots of
problems but this one was weird... anyway thanks for the idea.. will do it
