AFAIK, (c) 2009 The Himalayan Times : means their contents are
copyrighted under copyright law 2009. They haven't mentioned anything
further. But generally websites do mention the license under which they
want to make their contents distributable for eg: creative common license.

The website of newspaper must have mentioned the license in their website.
Depending upon that one can decide to share or redistribute.
