SQLite version 3.16.0 is now checked into Fossil. Perhaps this would be a good time to do another release of Fossil. Key enhancements (in my opinion): * The "fossil all ui" command * Checkbox widgets in submenus * Improvements to the "fossil sql" command -- D. Richard Hipp
