The download page on the Fossil self-hosting repository (https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/uv/download.html) is now dynamically generated in JavaScript based on the current unversioned file content. The JavaScript depends on a new webpage /juvlist that has been added since the 2.0 release. So the download.html page is now only working if you update to the latest trunk version;
