I added documentation for --date-override and --user-override to the commit / checkin command. It built, it looked fine, I committed it on trunk. Given that it was already documented in every other command that supported it, it seemed reasonable to add it there as well. If there is some reason why

I was doing a little fossil hacking today and went to build it on my freebsd box and it failed because the manifest was not present. Is there a reason why we haven't created a manifest versionable setting? It seems like an obvious one for the project to have. -- Scott Robison
