I downloaded the Windows binary fossil-w32-20111213135356.zip, and
experienced a cosmetic issue with it.
In the 2 repos I already had created with an earlier version, choosing
either the Black White, Menu on left or the Gradient, Rounded
Corners skin both times produced the Black White,
