I think it is related to issue: https://github.com/fossology/fossology/issues/1798 and PR which is currently WIP: https://github.com/fossology/fossology/pull/1576 It would help if you could share the download link and more details about your setup: how much RAM, what is your work mem, what is the shared mem ... if it android, it is also an extreme large package maybe.
