We wouldn't be able to upgrade any time soon. Our IT department is probably a year out from allowing RHEL 6. This wouldn't be a big deal if 1.4.1 remains supported and big fixes are done, but if all such support drops shortly after 2.0 is out, we will have difficulty. From:
