to
use the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND. Also, it said:
* Use of non-commercial use should give the author name and Baidu Baike
* Use of commercial use

The voting rules are very similar to last year's rules. I believe the goal
is and was to ensure that the voters were part of the Wikimedia community
and knew a little about our FP process. I

Someone on zhwp suggested that to write a letter to Baidu and request the
Wikimedia Hong Kong Wikimedia Taiwan to help. Also suggested to give a press
release to all media in HK in order to make something about the stock market.
