Timeout between pressing the Acknowledge Button and knocking off the horn

Hi List, I've on different systems different timeouts between pressing the Alarm Acknowledge Button on the Annunciator Keyboard and switching OFF the horn. Normally is 1 second but one system has a timeout of nearly 4 seconds. Regards, Andreas BP Koeln GmbH
