Some problems with html and derived (CHM) documentation have come to light.
One of them was that images not generated by latex were not included in
the documentation, specially the textmode IDE screenshots in the user
manual.
This now has been fixed. Since documentation isn't branched in SVN, a
handful of very minor fixes in SVN might be included too.
If you cache CHM docs for release purposes (lazarus, fpcdeluxe etc),
please redownload. The original archive has been renamed to
doc-chmorig.zip in case somebody needs it.

p.s. the online html docs had the same problem, and also the railroad
diagrams in the ref manual were corrupt, this was independently fixed by
Michael.
