Hi, As someone new to Pascal and to FreePascal, I've tried to compile and run the supplied demo pascal programs. However, I'm having trouble compiling dlltest.pp. I get a compile error dlltest.pp(15,24) Fatal:syntax error. : expected but const string found. testdll.pp compiled OK and created a .dll. Also winhello.pp compiled and run OK.
Can someone let me know what is the problem compiling dlltest.pp please? Note that I'm not yet subscribed to the list so can you copy email reply to me please. Thanks in advance for any help.
