Sincerely, I never found somebody who can do the lesson 3 directly.
But, that is the magic of humans, if you do it slowly, try to do 4 loops
without errors and still counting loud, (+- 5 minutes), the next day, after a
night of dreaming

No, all is done with wav files coupled with a endless sine wave.
