polYdev is a "Pure X" OS. "Pure X" because it does not use big widgetset
like Gnome, Qt, ... for gui applications.
Lazarus needs those big widgetsets. But if you install Qt or Gnome on
polYdev (pkg install qt), of course you may install Lazarus.
