Yves, Not in Table Designer. You can put a custom ruled table in the reference pages within a reference frame and then associate that frame with a paragraph format (Advanced tab, Frame above or Frame under). Not sure how great that would work. Alternatively you could use Silicon Prairie's

First, make sure that all files in the book are open before trying to create the PDF. But in general, using SaveAs is not the recommended procedure to create a PDF. Print the book file to the Adobe PDF printer instance instead. (On the print dialog box, DO NOT check Print to File). If that

OK, not a misspelled variable name... Did you do an Update Book after you added the $chapnum variable to the reference page in the TOC file? You've got to regenerate the TOC after you do anything that will change the content rather than just the formatting of the table. -Fred Ridder
