Yesterday (Wednesday) morning, FM 11.0 crashed while it was opening his files. His process was to open the book file, then open each chapter file one-at-a-time. There are six chapters in the book. FM 11 crashed while opening the fifth chapter. We then tried another tact, that is to open one

I have heard the same solution from Adobe techs, and it was clear they considered the case closed. I have used FM 7-11 on network drives (and even on Google Drive) without issue; I think it is a way to get us off the phone. Of course, if that's the best they can do, then I, too, consider the case
