I've just had a eureka moment - although I still have problem. The contents of the new Appendix C consist of an excerpt from a legal document that covers details on system warranties. As such, I needed to keep the numbering consistent with the actual document. All the excerpted parts are from

A standard conversion table does that. It creates the required ID values in an attribute named Id and does not add any filename information; I understand it creates this Id attribute for every Cross-Ref marker found. The next step would be West Steet Consulting's plug-in Xref Wizard if you have
