I had the same problem with Frame 7.x. The only workaround I could find was to
open all the files in the book, and then generate the PDF from the book.
Good luck!

the content, you run the style sheet script (XSLT or XSL-Fo) and it formats it.
When you send someone the raw XML file, there won't be formatting. They need to
apply the style sheet script as well. Unless of cours

I'm using FM9 so this may not apply, but I had to reinstall earlier this summer
and for whatever reason, I lost access to the character palette utility.
Some bright soul on the list suggested I update Java as this item is Java based.
I updated and it magically reappeared!

palette, but I can't get that to open. It seems maybe that was in FM9, but not

Hi Shmuel,
I think you missed Robert's humour -- he suggested that changing *from*
FM10 *to* FM8 would be an "upgrade", i.e., an improvement. But your
point on Adobe's pricing is well taken, in any case!
best,
Stuart

Greetings FrameUsers!
I am using Frame for a project after a long absence (was a member of
this group from 1997-2002)
I cannot generate a PDF or PS file using Acrobat 9. Frame hard crashes
each time I try to either "Save as PDF" or "Print to file" using Acrobat
as the printer.
