This is a list of possible causes sent originally by Harro de Jong:
- rightclick chapter in book-Pagination-Make page count odd/even (can
add empty page at end of chapter)
- rightclick chapter in book-Pagination- 1st page side (can add empty
page at start of chapter)
- Page break in paragraph
To avoid crashing when importing, remove some or all of the pictures
before importing the file.

script names in customui.cfg.

Thanks to some super-sleuthing by Rick Quatro the causes have been found.
One document had a stray, empty text box that was preventing the
deletion of the extra pages.
The other included an inset with a table. In FrameMaker 11 it splits
across 2 pages (a header row and 2
I, too, have fought with this problem on several occasions in the past (the
comments about All Conditions showing vs a specific set of Conditions
definitely apply to my case).
When this rears its head again, I will now have several new things to try in
order to correct the problem.
