It's really a style issue rather than a matter of grammar. And most recent
style guides have trended toward downstyling anything that is not a true proper
noun.

This one I struggle with too. However, since we follow the Chicago Manual of
Style (CMS) I found a helpful guideline. In CMS Seventeenth Edition on pp.
534-535, 8.180, it basically states that words chapter, part, appendix, table,
figure, etc. are lowercased and spelled out in text.
Is it a proper noun?

I'm inclined to leave it in lowercase, but I'm unsure.

Everytime this has happened to me, I found that my PDF settings in Print
Setup had changed (without me doing it) to the High Quality Print option.
If I changed it back to a joboptions like Standard, it worked.
I don't know WHY High Quality Print seems to make Frame lock up, and I
don't know why
