PDF Problem w/FrameMaker 10 (TechCommSuite3)

of the headings did print, but not in the correct font (Arial Narrow shows up as something like Times). We've checked fonts and various settings and preferences and cannot make it work!! Compatibility Issues FM 8 and Windows 7
