You need to specify the Character Encoding in the XML file and also the Display
Encoding in FrameMaker. The Structure Application Developer Reference explains
this on pages 24 and 25.

Another way to get the graphics involves using Word 2007.
1. Create a copy of the file saving it using the .docx extension.
2. Go to the folder where you saved the docx.
3. Change the file extension from .docx to .zip. For example,
sample.docx would become sample.zip.
