Inkling is, AFAIK, not a standard e-book format, which is usually based on
HTML I think you're screwed unless they have an import mechanism for
formats such as PDF or RTF.

output is a small format paperback textbook so that my final product is a
pdf file that will be printed in black and white on paper.
