Thank you to all who generously donated to the Ride for Roswell. Over 5.5 million dollars was raised for cancer research at Buffalo's Roswell Park Cancer Center. I was able to complete the 100 mile route in just under 7 hours, including stops. The conditions were perfect: low wind, low humidity,

One thing you should do is check your vitamin D level. Its a simple blood test. Most people are low (below 30) and need to be taking a few thousand IUs a day. Vitamin D is vital to the immune system. I would also recommend 2000-4000 mg of vitamin C a day, which greatly helps your immune system
