One thing you should do is check your vitamin D level. Its a simple blood
test. Most people are low (below 30) and need to be taking a few thousand
IUs a day. Vitamin D is vital to the immune system.
I would also recommend 2000-4000 mg of vitamin C a day, which greatly helps
