For a standard PDF, only two commenting tools are available in Reader, but for a PDF saved with commenting enabled from Acrobat PRO, Reader will have 20+ tools available. However, I don't think it can be automated in Acrobat Pro unless using an outside macro program to watch a folder. LiveCycle
