In any case, other people had reported that NextTag worked if there
was content in the paragraph when you press Enter. But if you were
just hitting Enter to create spaces, or to set up an empty but tagged
file, it didn't.
Does it make any difference on your system?

It took a complete, and I do mean complete, reinstall from CD and all
the patchers, but things are now working as they're supposed to. All I
can think is that, somehow, the installation was bad.
