Check the PDF settings for this book - and possible the TOC file itself. You may want to compare the problem docs with the books that print successfully.
I don't have FM 8 but in v 7.2 under the PDF settings (via the print dialog), I seem to recall that having the option for generating tagged PDF enabled caused problems. I'm sure more knowledgeable people will correct me....
