The very first solution for your problem is to ensure that if you are
inserting an image by giving a file reference, then it will have a specific
PATH. You need to ensure that at the receiving end, when the other team
members extract or view the files, they also have a similar file
There is no reason to reference a logo. They aren't that large.
What I do is to add a graphic frame into a reference page (same as
holds the lines) and name it Logo. Then I insert the logo by copy
into document into that frame and trim as necessary.
Next, I go to the master pages and make a
