I've used The famous Word-Frame conversion PDF as a guide for a few
years. Go to the following site and scroll down the left side of the
screen until you see that title in bold:

This disappearing act has been going on for a few weeks. It started on the
3rd or 4th PDF attempt after the upgrade.
Also, I don't use conditional text.
