There are multiple ways you can do this: FrameScript (http://www.framescript.com/) There is a free script available called ChangePgfFormat.fsl, but you need to pay for FrameScript. However, there's a lot of other things you can do with FrameScript, so it is definitely worth a look.

Supposed to be could be argued, but it certainly is the way things *are*. Text insets are treated as black boxes by the Find/Change operation. You can search for them as a type of object, but you cannot search for text strings within those referenced objects from the containing document. My
