I use text insets for individual sections and make sure not to include the heading in the text inset. This way if the heading is a different heading level in 2 different manuals, it won't interfere. Also, if I include the heading in the text inset, I'm not sure what would happen when I try to

It worked! I can create CHM and HTML now. Just implemented the same things on a fresh machine. I tried the tutorial example, as well as created a new DITAMAP. On my machine, it's probably conflicting with other DLLs, as I have other plug-ins installed. My next worry: the number of elements in

Hmm .. that sounds like a bug. The idea with the Generate Output command is that it generates output from the current file (map or topic). If you have no file open, it *should* tell you that no file is open when you choose the Build button. I'm wondering if you have some document open

This is FrameMaker behaving as it is designed. A single table row never, EVER, breaks across more than one page. If you have more content than what fits on one page, you must manually break the row into two rows that will fit. And you must manually adjust that row break if the page break moves

If the company name really is in the footers, it is on the master pages, and master pages (and reference pages) are not searched when you do a book-level Find in FrameMaker. To replace a name in the footers, you'd have to open each component file individually and change the view to Master Pages
