In addition to its primary purpose of setting the default printer, the SetPrint plugin (http://www.sundorne.com/FrameMaker/Freeware/setPrint.htm) moves the FrameMaker document window in front of the console window, so it's not nearly so annoying. This would also be a very simple thing to do
