First off - how are you trying to create a PDF? Printing to the Adobe PDF printer instance (rec. method) or Save As PDF (reportedly flakey)? Do you have the Adobe PDF printer set as the default in FM (using the SetPrint plug-in)? Did it ever work before on this doc? Have you tried Art Campbell's

Alison, If I understand your situation correctly, all you need to do is use the Open All Files in Book commend from the File Menu (Shift + Open). When you receive the Can't find the Graphic dialog, just navigate to the new graphic directory and click on the correct file. Make sure that update to

There's a plug-in out there that will solve this problem quite quickly. It's called XtraBookUtils. It will scan your document, spit out the paths to your files, then you can use Search/Replace to change the paths, then apply the changes. I've used it many times and it's saved me hours of
