Hi,
You can also use itl's FrameScript script:
http://www.i-frame.itl.info/en/feature-description/i-frame-modules/base-pack/sort-paragraph-sections.html
It's part of the base pack, but as far as I know you can
also buy single scripts.
Best regards

With Generate Acroabt Data off i get a correct PDF-X3, but...
The paper size is taken from the Acrobat job-options and not from the
FM-settings. I need to set up
special job-options based on the X3-settings and change paper size to the
desired value.
This is not good at all.

Have you considered adding a Top of column paragraph tag to your template and
file?

I'm thinking you all may be right about Timesavers, I think my predecessor did
have it installed so maybe he was using it for the target markers. I see a lot
of target destinations in the PDF, here are a few examples:
G3.1069777
G9.1164423

Dear framers
Using the PDFX3 joboptions on an FM document is not possible using the Save as
PDF route.
For this format I need to print to PS and then distill. And it turns out that I
must not check Create
Acrobat Data in the print dialogue (which is not available in the Save As PDF
route).

Shmuel,
If you are using FrameMaker 9, 10 or 11, you can use View->Pods->Insets and set
your display for graphic insets (for doc or all docs). If you click on the
*name* field, it will create a display, sorted alphabetically. Although you
cannot print this display, you can make screen
