Yes, it is. And I let them know that I sincerely appreciated the understanding and the effort. I have some clients still on 10 and 12, so I need to be able to share files easily w/ them. Just upgrading across the board is not an option. Now, if I could just figure out how to send them a big

HI Stefan, All my files are referenced PNGs. Tech Support spent 45 minutes troubleshooting yesterday w/ me and even had me do a brand new never before install of FM12 and the same issue - double-clicking any graphic in FM10 or FM12 yields nothing. However, all other programs on Windows 7

Hi Tammy, Are your PNGs embedded or referenced? I have just tested this on my machine on Win 10 with FM 2017. With a referenced image, double-clicking the image in FM opens Photoshop. Then I changed in Win 10 in the settings in "Choose default apps by file type" .png from Photoshop to Windows
