OK, so here's the full explanation: I can Save as PDF and I can print the book as a PDF using the Adobe PDF printer (with Print to File not selected), but all of a sudden, I cannot select Print to File and print any FM book/file to a postscript file so that I can distill this file to a PDF,

When you check *Generate Acrobat Data*, then *Print to File* is automatically checked. Uncheck *Print to File* and click *Print*. I find this gets around the system font issue and goes faster with no noticeable quality or performance penalty. On Tue, May 8, 2018 at 3:34 PM,
