Adobe never asks partners to register any license that they have bought
themselves with the Adobe Partner Program.
However, if you buy a licenses, Adobe might ask you to register the license wit
Adobe. But that is in no way related with the Adobe Technical Communication
Partner Program.
I received no license partner keys, but I had to register my own keys with them

limited to 2017 and greater products. There is a section for 2015 and older. I
have FM12 and Acrobat Pro XI. I thought these were perpetual licenses. Once
